Being a consultancy company it is very important for us that our users receive an as optimum as possible training and support, when using our products. Furthermore, our engineers are teachers at the Danish University of Technology and the technical schools.
Support and education is a natural part of being an advisor and as such an area where we are actively taking part.
Education and sharing of know-how
We share our knowledge and experience within the education system. Among others the Danish University of Technology and the technical schools have taken advantage of this. Our engineers are teaching within the spheres of road construction, geometric highway design and road construction in developing countries.
RoSy
In connection with our RoSy concept education and support is an important part of our collaboration with users within the road agencies. Support is offered in many ways: • Hotline • User seminars • NetViewer (synchronisation of displays) • Training courses in the use of RoSy®
Implementation and use of falling weight deflectometers When purchasing or renting advanced measuring equipment for measuring of bearing capacity (PRIMAX and PRIMA 100 falling weight deflectometers), it is important to learn about how the equipment is applied and maintained and how to analyse and interpret data collected.
Training courses are made at more levels, as they have to comply with both the inexperienced and the experienced users.
